This is a unique opportunity to work with a national company that is experiencing rapid growth during this economic crisis. We are remodeling 20-25 homes per month to rent-ready standards in the Greensboro and surrounding areas. We are looking for the following: Residential Contractors Cleaners Roofers HVAC ADDITIONAL BENEFITS • Projects range between 2K-35k • Access to national pricing on all materials • Pay every two weeks (1st and 15th of the month) • Vacant homes • Consistent workflow • We float the cost of materials • No bidding • Most of the materials can be delivered to the site REQUIREMENTS • Workers' compensation, if required by state law (waiver accepted, if allowed by state law) • General liability If you are fast, reliable, communicate well, and can provide quality work, we are looking for you!
