Hiring ASAP! Must have good thought processes to understand what the drivers are writing up, able to correctly evaluate issues and recommend the best cost-effective repairs. Can do Preventative maintenance based off maintenance schedules: Oil Hydraulic fluid Brakes Filters Wipers Skids Belts Know how to change oil in different types of vehicles. Must know how to patch and or plug tires correctly. Must know how to change tires. Must know how to use a tire machine. Must be able to do wiring, change light bulbs or add small lights to vehicles. Must know how to use impact tools correctly. Must be able to read, write and speak clearly in a manner for others to understand your thought processes. Must be able to keep records of Maintenances and Repairs. Shop provides forms. Must be able to keep shop clean and organized. Must have own tools to do small repairs. Shop has other tools needed.
