WEEKDAYS AND / OR WEEKENDS AND SOME HOLIDAYS Each week we can work with your schedule or you can have a set work week. MUST LOVE Giant DOGS! Do not apply otherwise. MUST not be afraid of BIG dogs! Must be able to work 10:00am to 5:00 pm 3 to 4 or 5 days a week. Must be on time!!! Some overnight stays may be required. Some evening work may be offered, but not on a regular basis. You will be paid for the overnight stays if we have some. We are looking for someone to assist with all of the dogs/ cows and also some work in the outside areas. This will include picking up dog poop twice a day, Brushing dogs, bathing dogs, along with feeding them twice a day. It may include cutting grass, trimming grass, cutting down trees or bushes if needed during the summer months. It will include fixing fences and hauling hay to the cows. Many days will be spent 50 to 75% outside taking care of our Dogs and Facility. The dogs care is our main concern!! You will be able to pick which days that are best for you to work on most weeks, except it will include most SUNDAYS. We rescue dogs and get them adopted to good homes. VET, GROOMING, and or Dog Training EXPERIENCE IS A HUGE PLUS!!!! BUT NOT REQUIRED -Feed &and caring for dogs, cleaning bowls, kennels, floors, and all areas requested on a daily basis. Providing Medicate to Dogs as needed -Cleaning &;mopping ; Sanitizing rooms,. LOTS OF CLEANING DAILY and yard work .. Supervision of ALL sizes of dogs but mainly saint bernards ( dogs over 100 lb. ) -Leash walking, Giving Water, Feeding, Treats, Love &and Snuggles -yard work is also included such as lawn mowing and trimming when needed. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: - TEAM PLAYER AND THE ABILITY TO WORK UNSUPERVISED - ABILITY TO MANAGE STRESS IN A FAST- PACED ENVIRONMENT - ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL - Mature & Responsible, HONEST - On time, ready to work, however will get very dirty each day with hair and slime. - ABILITY TO TAKE DIRECTION and COMPLETE TASKS IN A TIMELY MANNER WORKING WITH ANIMALS IS A Very PHYSICALLY DEMANDING ROLE INCLUDING LIFTING HEAVY ITEMS, AND RESTRAINING ANIMALS FOR NAIL TRIMS, BATHING AND EXPOSURE TO CLEANING CHEMICALS SUCH AS BLEACH.
