We provide services to only residential family homes throughout the City of Dallas and Plano. This position is perfect for those who feel enriched by providing a service that makes a positive impact on someone’s family. Great for those who do not do well sitting in the same location all day and for those who love being out and about travelling to different locations during the day. This position will be enjoyed by anyone who loves to self-manage their day and love to see their work thru to the finish. We offer stability, woman operated company with no drama, balanced work and life schedule, environment which empowers our staff – we do not hover over you- we give you the tools to succeed and we allow you room to grow. NO EXPERIENCE NO PROBLEM we offer 2 weeks of onsite, one on one paid training with training videos easily accessed from any device. We require you to have a valid driver’s license, to be willing to have us run a background check on you, to have a reliable car to get to and from work, to participate in the process of keeping this place special by sharing your thoughts, being open/ friendly, being honest and being confident, to be comfortable working alone or with a team, to be independent, to be self-motivated, to set high standards or yourself, your coworkers, and your leaders, to be committed to what you do, to be comfortable working in homes with pets and to approach all challenges with a positive outlook. We start our day at 8:30 am and operate a standard 8 hour day Monday - Friday. No weekends, no holidays or long hours.
