Dynamic frontman with pro vocals needed for very busy 80s Tribute

We are a very busy 80's tribute playing around 120 shows per year precovid - mostly in the DC/Baltimore area but we have also done shows in Europe, Hawaii, Mexico, and Jamaica. Income potential for this group is enough to perform music full time or as a very lucrative side job. Everyone in the band is a professional and most use this for their primary income. We travel with roadies and a dedicated soundman as well so very little gear will be needed or carried. We already have 50+ shows on the books from May on with more inquiries everyday. Vocally we need someone extremely diverse... Journey to Hall and Oats to Michael Jackson to Bon Jovi. We really would like someone who can mimic these voices or at least create the vocal character along with the vocal stamina to sing night after night. Our preference is to lean more toward a convincing rock vocal. The ability to work the crowd is a must. We are not a stand and play band. Male lead would only be responsible for lead on about 50% of the songs and backgrounds where needed. Please no headcases! No drug problems, no baggage.
