Investor needs independent contractor for new builds and rental properties. Needs to be very reasonable & able to pick up and deliver materials. You must be able to: - Repair vinyl flooring, lay vinyl and/or carpet, retile - Resurface and repair concrete - Tape bed and texture - Clean out chimney chute - Repaint & texture entire rooms - Paint, sand & texture cabinets - Trim trees hanging over house - Repair outlets and switches - Install ceiling fan junction box - Remove mold/re-grout bathrooms - Fix plumbing and defective drains - Resurface and recaulk tubs and showers - Caulk exterior faucets and expansive joints - Tuck and point foundation cracks around house - Install regular & French doors and replace doors - Label electrical box, all connections and appliances - Repair/replace kitchen disposal and electric wiring - Install/Replace Can Lights, LED flush mount can light - Repair trim, door jams, cabinet doors, drawers & base - Install smoke detectors, mini-blinds, toilets, outside post lights - Install Electrical meter seal and verify up to date with city Code - Install all appliances, ceiling fans, lighting fixtures in all rooms - Repair/Replace dishwasher drain line, exhaust fans in bathroom - Install door knobs, dead bolts, peep holes, door stops & door bell - Interior painting including prep such as removing nails, filling holes, fixing cracks You Must: - Provide examples of work - Have your own tools - Proven experience -We provide paints, fixtures, and hardware -References Required.
