For over 23 years North West Restoration has been providing fire, smoke, water and wind damage repair to residential and commercial properties in the Tri-cities and surrounding areas. Details of position we are hiring for are as follows: We are looking for a candidate that has experience in, emergency services with residential & commercial properties. Flexible schedule for emergency services is required, emergency services aren't scheduled and overtime & after hours work is to be expected. This involves several critical processes. Assessment of damages, developing a work plan, executing the work plan in a timely manner, reporting measurements and daily job logs which may include moisture readings utilizing industry recording/metering equipment. Maintaining top tier customer service throughout the process. The Ideal Candidate: Must have Drivers license, Reliable transportation and must pass background check. Flexibility to work daily and late evenings if needed to. Ability to multi task, must have good communication skills and team oriented personality. Strong math skills with the ability to think critically. Candidate must possess own tools for trade. Certifications are beneficial but not necessary.
