Compensation: $60,000 starting To $90,000 annually Employment type: Full-Time Here is what we offer: Apply Now! Interviews to be held this week Typical Installer $60,000 to $90,000 annually. (Starting off is 60k, Year Two- 80k or 90k easily) o We carry all the liability and responsibility on jobs, you would work as a W2 under all our licensing, bonding and insurance. There are NO out of pocket expenses and NO licensing requirements. o Company Sponsored Health and Dental Benefits. o Retirement Savings Plan with 3% company matching. o All Major Holidays off in addition to 2 to 3 weeks Paid Vacation and Unpaid Time off when requested in advance. o Close to New Company Vehicle with Fuel, Insurance and maintenance paid for. o All Tools equipment/gear and cell phone allowance provided (50$ a month) o Year around work, primarily indoors o Structured two week-long paid training and certification at our training facility in Tennessee. (Flight, hotel and meals provide by company) o A new project each day but the process stays the same- No guesswork or winging it on jobs o Regular work week hours (Mon to Friday) work week is 40 to 50 hours at the beginning - No Saturday-Unless Absolutely needed. Never Sundays o The ability to work on your own and be independent, and interface directly with Customers - Manager is not over your shoulder. You Need to have:  General Carpentry and Plumbing Experience  Quality and Detail Focused  Clean Criminal Background & Drug Screen  Satisfactory and Insurable driving record  Desire to provide our customers with a beautiful finished product!
