Our company is looking for a highly talented, dedicated, and quality-focused individual to join our team as a mobile Auto Glass Installer Job Summary Responsibilities: Complete glass repair and replacement assignments to Kaizen and manufacturers’ standards Meet or exceed customer expectations Complete necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely manner Installs auto glass in-store or on a mobile basis Utilizes the proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation Maintains a safe and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy. May perform auto glass repairs as needed. Qualifications: 3+ years’ experience repairing and replacing automotive glass R&I / saving glass is a plus High quality focus Strong work ethic and attendance Ability to work independently Valid Driver’s license and the ability to adhere to safe driving practices Great communication and interpersonal skills Ability to operate a mobile device Possesses a knack for mechanical aptitude and the skill to operate hand and power tools and equipment Ability to lift and carry large, heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) Salary 60-85k Job Type: Full-time
