TCC LLC looking to hire Skilled Laborers / Handyman / Maintenance Technician ASAP Responsibilities: - Ability to work independently and stay on task - Present a professional appearance and demeanor - Able to lift to 50+ pounds - Communicate with customer about work completed - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues appropriately - Safely use tools and equipment - Ability to determine when issues need to be escalated Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in residential maintenance and repair - Framing and drywall experience - Basic plumbing and electrical experience - Basic HVAC experience - Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanical functions Minimum qualifications: - Ability to pass a background check - Able to pass a drug test - Demonstrate excellent customer service skills - Superior oral communication skills - Own personal vehicle, tools, and equipment - Registered independent contractor with liability insurance - Valid state driver's license, registration, and insurance and can provide documentation Please send all applications via email.
