Exterior drive-by photos needed of properties located in Stafford Township, NJ. Should not be any need to exit car or enter on to properties. Will have final property count and addresses available by end of day 02/05/2021. Property count uncertain at this time, but maybe a couple dozen. At least 3 clear daytime photos of each property from different angles, including photo of address number on mailbox or home if available. Photos should show as much about property condition as possible and any indication of occupancy without spending too much time at each property. Electronic versions of the photos to be named by address and emailed to us not later than 02/10/2021. Compensation $6.00/property, plus $25.00 gas reimbursement. Payment by ACH or check upon receipt of photos. No payment for late pictures, unclear pictures, or pictures of wrong address. Email with short description of any past similar engagements if interested.
