Seeking a full or part time person with building maintenance skills for an apartment building. The person must have a reliable vehicle, basic tools, speak English fluently, and live within minutes of the Neptune/Bradley Beach area. Tasks include basic building maintenance, troubleshooting, Reponses to tenants needs. Must be experienced with tools and equipment. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is a plus.
