We are growing...43 stores across WI, IL, IA, MI! Blain Supply is currently seeking candidates to join our traveling Retail Store Set-up Crew. Based out of the corporate office in Janesville, Wisconsin, the Set Crew travels to retail store locations to install new fixtures. This position assists in setting up new store locations, remodeling existing stores, and supporting projects at various Farm & Fleet and Blain Supply locations. Job duties include frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. and rare lifting up to 100 lbs. Additional duties include, but are not limited to the following: Assemble retail store fixtures. Work with store managers and merchandisers regarding scheduling of work. Install store departmental signs and hanging fixtures. Assist merchandisers with ordering and inventory control of fixtures. Assist outside lot merchandiser in setting, cleaning, and maintenance for outside merchandise displays. Assist Facilities Management as needed. Assist Store Set Team Leader as assigned. Layout and assemble fixtures at existing and new retail store locations as well as conduct facility inspections and repairs. Must possess or have the ability to obtain lift truck certification.
