Plastering swimming pools. We are looking to hire a highly motivated person who is a team player. Possibly experienced in swimming pool plastering and finishing. We are willing to train the right person if you have a good attitude and a willingness to learn. We have been in business for 45 years. Pay starts at: $16-$23 an hour depending on experience. Benefits: 401K Plan and company matching Paid Vacation Select 4-day holiday weekends (6 days a year) 2-3 weeks off for Christmas and New Years Life Insurance Plan Medical Plan Job Responsibilities: Digging and dirt work Swimming pool plaster finishing Lifting and pulling pump hoses Using hand tools such as trowels, shovel, and hammers Follow all safety rules and wearing proper safety equipment Teamwork focused Job Requirements: Lift up to 50+ pounds Lots of bending over Drug test and background check requirements Must have a valid ID and reliable transportation Must be 21 years of age to operate a company vehicle Must be willing to work in all types of weather Must be willing to work over time We have an exciting and supportive culture here at Lee-Sure Pools.
