Services may include: evictions, lock changes, minor repairs, winterizations, grass cuts, shrub trimming, roof tarping, removal of debris. minor cleaning to complete deep cleaning. Must have a valid ID, must have own tools, equipment. transportation, and HUD locks and locks boxes on hand. Must have a smart phone, and internet /photo upload capabilities.
