We are a local commercial cleaning company looking for a responsible, committed, and motivated Crew Lead. Immediate start! Responsibilities include : - Reporting to General Manager & Area Manager - Floating shift coverage as needed (Primary responsibility!) - Ensuring team members have supplies they need & delivering them : communicating with office staff - Communicating with office staff about supplies needing ordered - Training new employees - Communicating team members' performance to management - Inspecting & reviewing accounts, supplies, and equipment - Ensuring cleaning is being done per each accounts requirements - Providing support and effective communication to team members, office staff, and management Qualifications : - MUST have reliable transportation and valid driver's license - Punctuality, dependability, and motivation are vital to this position - Strong organizational skills - Management/Supervisor experience - Must have great communication w/ customers, team members, management, and office staff - Cleaning experience is a plus Hours : 20 per week minimum Pay: $11.50 / hour Online Applications Preferred :
