People who can bid on and complete a wide range of maintenance projects on single-family rental properties. Potential work may include but is not limited to the following: fence and deck repairs, tree removal and stump grinding, roof repairs, pressure washing, drywall/trim/painting, water heater replacement, minor plumbing, electrical repairs, and many other rental property maintenance tasks.
