Looking for someone that has some remodeling skills / handyman skills / general helper Be familiar with home repairs construction landscaping all around work in and around a home -Must have reliable personal transportation -Must have a valid drivers license / Identification -Must be able to work in Sanford/Lake Mary and other areas -Must be reliable and also able to work weekends if necessary but not mandatory in most cases I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A PRO OR COMPANY OR CONTRACTOR OR SUB CONTRACTOR PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE ANY OF THE ABOVE !!!! Pay is based on the skills you have how efficiently and fast you perform tasks and if you have tools and/or a work vehicle that is a plus but not necessary Please reply with the following information: full name, age, what type of skills do you have, what kind of tools do you have if any, how much are you looking to make hourly or daily, what other obligations do you have besides working ( daycare school medical etc etc), why should I consider you for this job and any other future projects ? do you have any medical issues that would prevent you from doing any type of tasks Immediate positions are available for the right individuals ------------------------------------------------------------ Currently we are working on a 4-3 manufactured home which has been remodeled there is still portions of the project that need to be completed such as electrical some paint hanging doors cutting and installing door trims and base boards minor plumbing on faucets and drains tile work and overall punch out stuff We have another project starting towards the middle of the month on a 2-1 manufactured home in the same community (sanford) which would need a gut job meaning demo all the way to reconstruction of bathroom kitchen and bedrooms laminate flooring tiles etc
