Preservation and Rehab Crews Wanted In Dallas-Fort Worth. G&S Total Contracting, LLC is currently accepting applications for property preservation vendors and independent subcontractors to provide maintenance, renovation, and inspection services of foreclosed and institutional-owned residential properties in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. Job Requirements: • All contractors must have the skills & equipment to complete the following types of work orders: o Winterizations o Debris removal/trash-outs (small and large scale) o Securing properties (e.g., lock changes/lock box installation and boarding/re-glazing windows) o Grass cuts/lawn maintenance/landscaping o Roof patching/tarping o Misc. jobs including but not limited to: tree trimming, drywall, flooring, fence repair, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, cleaning/maid services, mold remediation, and painting • Must have reliable transportation (a trailer is highly recommended) • Must have or obtain a current background check through Aspen Grove and be issued an ABC# • General liability insurance is required, professional liability/E&O is preferred. • Must be comfortable utilizing email and phone apps to communicate work progress • Ability to complete work orders by due dates and work with minimal supervision • Preservation specific experience is a plus but not required. • All subcontractors are required to have a Smartphone (Apple or Android) with an active data plan for use with our mortgage field services app while in the field. You will be required to use the app to submit ample quality photos to show property condition as well as before during & after photos of work completed. • A computer or smartphone is required to access the Subcontractor Portal on our website for training purposes and access to regulatory documentation. • Rehabs range from minor repairs to full renovations.
