Looking for Painting and Cleaning Subs

We are currently looking for some sub contractors to help with on site labor tasks and the starting pay is $10/hr. We are looking for cleaners and painters. Little to no experience is ok but you must be willing to learn and take directions when given while maintaining a professional demeanor. Painters will be rolling wall and ceiling paint. Cleaners will be cleaning inside of appliances, bath tubs, light fixtures and face plates, etc. All supplies will be on site for use and subs will work directly under the supervision of GC project manager. Typical days will be M-S 10am-5pm but may vary by site and availability. We have multiply properties that we work at in the DFW area. Majority of the work is located in Fort Worth, Arlington, Mansfield, Midlothian, Waxahachie as well as the southside of Dallas County. Pay schedule will be weekly. Start date is ASAP. Must be able to sign a 1099 for contract labor which will require a SSN and have access to receive payment via Zelle or Cashapp. An email address will be required to review additional documents.
