Local, well-established printing company has a need for a full-time bindery operator. Candidate must have a minimum of 1-year experience working within a printing or manufacturing company Responsibilities: • Perform print shop bindery operations such as folding, padding, coil-binding, collating, stapling, and laminating • Finish orders by way of counting, weighing, packaging, labeling and prepping for shipment • Follow job ticket instructions on orders, and complete paperwork and receipts • Perform quality checks on finished orders and alert management of issues • Maintain functionality and cleanliness of equipment and supplies • Perform other duties as assigned Desired Traits & Skills: • Must have experience working as a bindery operator or in similar assembly or manufacturing environment • Strong attention to detail and deadlines • Good math skills, and strong ability to read measurements • Sharp eye for quality • Willingness to help in other print production functions when needed This is a FT job Mon-Fri, hourly pay is $11/hr and may vary with experience. Employee will be eligible for vacation/holiday pay after 1 month of employment and healthcare benefits after 3 months of employment. Position is available to start within a week.
