Description

A black cat with a stubby tail or amputated tail was seen on the east side of the A Max Brewer bridge in Titusville Florida on 2/3/21. Due to traffic, I did not attempt to get near it. It may have jumped out of an RV. This road leads to Playalinda Beach, Cape Canaveral, Florida. Please contact me if you need more information.
