We are looking for a Maintenance/Repair/Cleaning Person for our 120+ unit complex to start work immediately. Job Duties will include: Assist resident manager with turnover of units - painting, repairs, light plumbing and light electrical. Repairs for resident (upon request of resident manager). There is some possibility of landscaping work if more hours are desired. It is crucial that the applicant be able to work and motivate independently and have a good work ethic. Also Applicant Must: 1. Provide positive references with phone numbers to legitimate businesses (relevant, long standing references will be given preference) 2. Be capable of physical labor - walking up and down steps, cleaning, etc. 3. Be capable of and comfortable performing maintenance and repair work. Also possibly some cleaning work. 4. Be honest, responsible/reliable and have good judgment. 5. Must communicate regularly (via email or text) with owners/resident manager about status of complex.
