The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in commercial cleaning including managing a project team, multiple buildings, multiple accounts, multiple employees, with a successful track record. We believe success in this position requires someone who can be responsible for the day-to-day operations, can frequently interact with staff in a professional and responsive way and can supervise, manage, and train staff consistent with client and company expectations.
