Creekside Estates Mobilehome Park is currently seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician! If you are a self driven person that takes pride in their work we want to hear from you!
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Ensure park facilities & common areas are kept clean and in operational condition.
Check and replace streetlights around the park as needed.
Troubleshoot resident complaints concerning gas, electric, water, and plumbing issues outside of the resident’s mobile home.
Conduct regular home site inspections.
Conduct routine inspections of park owned facilities, common areas, and equipment.
Maintain park utility systems in a safe, clean, and operational condition.
Position requires rotation of “on call” cell phone. On call rotation may involve emergency service requests which must be responded to after hours and/or on weekends.
Possession and maintenance of a valid drivers license is required.
*No experience necessary. Will train the right candidate.
