Job Description: • Provide a clean building and maintain the grounds • Maintain floors cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming • Follow scheduled floor maintenance for stripping, waxing and buffing • Dispose of trash and empty receptacles in all designated areas • Follow instruction for use of cleaning supplies and power equipment • Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment • Service, clean and supply restrooms • Respond and track work orders by using Microsoft Office • Sanitize work areas and/or equipment as needed • Clean and upkeep breakrooms and common areas • Assist in other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Previous janitorial and janitorial equipment experience required • Good computer skills = Outlook, Excel and Word • Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete them in a timely • Must be able to communicate in English (verbal and written) • Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching and able to lift 75 lbs. • Self-starter with good organizational skills and able to follow a schedule • Good attitude and professionalism • Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards Schedule / Benefits: • Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:30 pm • Medical, Dental, and Company paid Vision and Life Insurance • 401(k) with Match • PTO, Holiday and Sick Pay • Product and Service Discounts • Opportunities for Advancement • Great working environment ***If you are ready to join our team, please apply at. **All offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check, as well as a drug & alcohol screen.
