Well-established Self-Storage Company is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance/Custodian for our property in South Orange County. This person must have a clean appearance and be well-spoken. Being a self-starter, detail oriented, and job knowledge is essential in order to be successful in this position. Reliability is a must! Responsibilties: • Basic Plumbing • Basic Electrical • Painting • Ground Upkeep • Knowledge of hand tools • General Janitorial duties • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Experience: • One year prior experience in self-storage maintenance or equivalent is preferred Compensation: • Competitive Pay – 40 hours per week • Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance • Vacation after 1 year • Paid holiday and sick time. • Bonuses Candidate must have valid California Driver’s License.
