Job Opportunity available for Apartment Punch Tech in the Port Richey area. We are seeking an apartment punch technician to help finish the apartments after the painting process has been completed, you will be responsible for everything between paint and cleaning. Such as hanging blinds, light drywall work, hanging doors, replacing door knobs, hanging mirrors, replacing vanities, replacing light fixtures, touch up paint, installing outlets and covers and more. Responsibilities: -Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community -Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs on a regular basis -Must have the knowledge and ability to perform the following duties: -Plumbing repairs (Sweating Pipes, Glue CPVC, Replace Valves) -Drywall repairs -Repair/replace locks, smoke alarms, mirrors, blinds -Replace broken windows/window screens -Appliance repair (Not required but a Bonus) - Light Electrical repairs -Change A/C filters -Small HVAC repairs (Not required but a Bonus) -Ensure all maintenance work on vacant apartments is completed within the standard of the apartment community -Install new appliances as necessary Qualifications: Plumbing, carpentry, electrical and appliance repair experience required Renovation experience preferred High energy level, Assertive, and Self-Motivated Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must possess strong Leadership and Motivational skills Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations (Weekly Rotation) Must be available for night/weekend on-call duty (Weekly Rotation) A valid drivers license is required.
