Disinfection and Distribution Technician / FT & PT positions available – McHenry, IL We are looking for motivated individuals to clean mobile medical equipment (think IV poles) which is located in centralized locations within hospitals. This individual would then be tasked with distributing the cleaned equipment to different centralized clean rooms. There is no patient contact for this position. An ideal candidate would be reliable, detailed oriented, self motivated and able to continuously move throughout their shift. Location: McHenry, IL Availability: FT and PT positions; All shifts fall with hours of 7AM-9PM, Monday-Sunday; FT positions include benefits Pay Rate: $14/hr Key Duties: • Clean equipment that is located in soiled rooms throughout hospital • Distribute cleaned equipment to centralized department clean rooms as needed • Respond to department requests for equipment Qualifications Required: • High School diploma or equivalent • Detail-oriented • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communications, as well as interpersonal skills • The ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. • Dependability is a must • Ability to work in a team environment • Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background investigation, including for example: Verification of past employment, criminal history and educational background. • Immunizations
