A family owned manufacturing facility that has been around for over 70 years has a an immediate need for warehouse associates. Hours will be Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. Looking for candidates with at least one year of forklift experience. For more information please call our office at 503-242-0611. Pay: $17 per hour Responsible for supporting shipping and receiving by performing the following duties: • Fill orders from stock and place order on pallets • Help will call customers • Paperwork management and record keeping • Ship domestic and international customer orders as needed (UPS, FedEx, DHL) • Transfer material from receiving dock to bin location as needed • Kit building • Sort and count completed secondary processing orders • Packaging orders • Keep warehouse clean/organized and in compliance with OSHA and state regulation • Assist with other warehouse jobs as assigned by Operations Manager COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing with customers, vendors, suppliers, and co-workers. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, purchase orders, correspondence, and memos. Ability to multi-task when necessary. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and P21 software. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand and walk during the entire work shift. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
