Furniture Delivery Drivers Wanted w/ Large Pickup or Van

Hi! We are a brand new furniture auction in San Diego, CA and we have new online auctions almost every week. Customers get to bid on furniture online at www.thefurnituresquare.net, then pickup their products at our Otay Mesa San Diego warehouse once they have won. They get to choose a date/time on the calendar and we limit it to only 2-3 days a week (1 Saturday and 1-2 Weekdays). We now would also like to be able to offer a paid delivery service since a lot of customers are requesting this, so we are looking to have some delivery drivers we can call on to do deliveries every once and a while, as a side gig when you can. You would pickup the furniture from our Otay Mesa warehouse (so preferably someone who lives somewhat close to 92154 zip code), then deliver to the requested address (in San Diego County). We will help load onto truck/van and most customers will have help to unload if needed. Looking to pay $50-$60 for every 1 hour delivery (starts at time of pickup, to when you leave the customers house). $50/hr if you have a large pickup truck, $60/hr if you have a large cargo van or other larger vehicle to fit more furniture. Pay will be more if customer is further away and takes longer. We are also ok with having just 1 reliable driver to do all our deliveries, if you have availability. Right now we are just starting so we are estimating deliveries will only be 1-2 per week, at the moment a lot of our customers are picking up at our warehouse. Drivers we are looking for: -Someone who is available 1 or 2 days a week for possible deliveries (we will text ahead of time to see if you are available). Deliveries will be mostly every other Saturday between the hours of 10am-2pm (flexible) and a couple weekdays in the late morning/early afternoon. -Must have reliable vehicle that will fit large furniture (sofas & sectionals, dressers, bed frames, etc) -Must be 100% reliable and on time once you have conformed/committed to a specific delivery, we do not want to get any bad reviews/upset customers because of late or missed delivery appointments! -Must be nice with our customers if they engage with you, you can accept tips for yourself only if offered by the customer. -Must be able to lift and move heavy furniture either by yourself or with correct tools/equipment, or with a helper. Many customers will have help available when you arrive if needed, this will be asked ahead of time. -Must speak ok English. If you speak English & Spanish, that is a plus but not needed.
