ROLL-OFF DRIVER America's Recycling Company is a fast-growing waste management company looking to hire an efficient roll-off driver. We are looking for someone who is a responsible driver who can safely transport materials from our yard to a waste facility. Our ideal candidate is attentive to the road and their duties, has experience operating a roll-off system, and can keep up with a full day of driving. Your main responsibilities include driving and transporting dumpsters, reporting to dispatch after every trip, sending photos of dumpsters being delivered and picked up, and coordinating with the dispatch team for daily assignments. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s steady growth and help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals. Duties & Responsibilities • Report to the dispatch team in order to ensure an effective and successful performance • Conduct a daily inspection of the truck • Must be able to tarp and un-tarp dumpsters • Safely drive in residential and commercial areas • Follow and execute safety protocols and PPE requirements • Responsible for photos of bins after every trip • Is able to communicate effectively • Can withstand a complete day of driving Qualifications and Requirements • Must be able to lift at least 50 Lb.’s • GED or High School Diploma • Class A or B (with brake endorsement) driver’s license from the state of CA • 2+ years of experience driving with a class A or B (with brake endorsement) Our insurance will not qualify you for this job if you have less than two years with a Class A or B (with brake endorsement) license • Must have a clean MVR Bottom line: We are looking for a driver who understands that communication is a key part of successfully completing their work.
