Hello there! I have 8+ years of experience as a paid nanny. I started out caring for cousins, neighbors, church members, then moved on to reference based. I have experience with multiples, children 0-14 years, sleep training (various different methods-- I used to be a night nurse for newborns), and disability (FAS, ADHD, Autism, GAD, OCD, GERD, Diabetes, etc.). In High-School I was a TA. I am passionate about animals- I used to educate classrooms (K-12) on reptiles, dogs, birds, aquatic life, etc. I played sports for years- softball, swim, and football- and have experience as an umpire. Growing up in a busy household (I am the oldest of five), and managing one, I have achieved proficiency in scheduling, organization, and planning. I have experience as a homeschool teacher/lesson planner (I was homeschooled K-12, and now homeschool two of my younger brothers), as well as the teaching of life skills such as baking, potty training, healthy meal prep, etc. I am not a fan of putting a child in front of a TV or an iPad, so outdoor adventures, dance parties, and craft making are to be anticipated! I have taken classes on Child Development, Psychology. I am educated in CPR and First-Aid. I am an experienced Live-In Nanny and Home Manager.
