Job description: Under minimal supervision be able to complete tasks in relation to residential remodeling. Duties may include, but are not limited to framing, dry walling, sheet rock, plumbing, some electrical, painting, appliance and fixture installation. Experience desired: Bathroom and kitchen remodeling or other residential construction. Requirements: -have your own tools for basic work -have your own dependable transportation -have your own cellphone -Be able to show up on time consistently -be able to maintain a high quality of work with minimal oversight -be able to independently lift 50-75 pounds -maintain a clean and orderly workspace -basic math skills -follow safety and company guidelines -must be able to sit, stand, bend or stoop for long periods of time -ability to handle a work and adapt as necessary -strong work ethic and courteous demeanor -take and return from breaks within the allotted time frame Education/experience needed: -GED or higher education - at least 1 year on site construction experience - 1 year experience with framing, drywall, sheet rock or residential remodeling - electrical and plumbing experience preferred, but not essential Please submit your resume and 2 prior workplace references to the email listed below.
