Mount TV and re-locate or install 2 electrical outlets.

1) I need an electrical outlet installed behind a hutch/cabinet in the living room. The current outlet is located about 1 foot outside of the cabinet, and I don't want to see the cord. (see photo) There is an outlet located in the office/bedroom that shares the same wall, in the next room behind the hutch. I'm not sure if that outlet can be accessed to create an new outlet on the living room wall behind the hutch, using it... or how it needs to be done. 2) Wall mount TV in the bedroom. Cox came out and added a cable connection for a new tv wall mount (see photo), but I will also need the tv electrical plug(s) to thread through the wall behind the tv and fished to the outlet located near the floor, below it, or if I will need an additional outlet created next to the wall mount. SO WIRES DON'T SHOW.
