WAREHOUSE / SHIPPING AND RECEIVING - $15/hr. - Galleria Area We are looking for a bi-lingual (Spanish and English) reliable, hard-working candidate to join our team and perform all duties to run a successful warehouse. This position requires a self-motivated, self-starter, organized and detail oriented team player, who will be dedicated to the long term growth of our company. We are a growing company and stock tile, wood, carpet and porcelain countertop materials. Experience with handling these materials is a plus!! APPLICANTS MUST HAVE WAREHOUSE AND FORKLIFT OPERATING EXPERIENCE. Job duties include: - Coming to work reliably Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm) - Loading and unloading deliveries - Inspecting, labeling and shelving pallets and packages onto racks - Count items received, check against packing slips and record discrepancies - Prepare materials for shipment or pick-ups as necessary - Operate forklift and pallet jack - Take counts and inventory of products on regular bases - Maintain inventory of product samples - Keep accurate logs and records of deliveries and pick-ups - Be able to lift heavy boxes (50-60 lbs) - Have a valid standard driver's license - Keep warehouse and offices clean and tidy Job qualification requirements: - Three or more years of warehouse experience - Great understanding of warehouse processes - MUST have Forklift operating experience - Experience with tile, wood and slabs is a plus - Shipping and Receiving experience - Bi-lingual in English and Spanish - Must be detail oriented and organized - Must be motivated and able to prioritize and multi-task - Team player but able to work independently - Excellent communication skills
