Need handyman to brace table to wall & strengthen the 4 table legs

I have a pretty large table, probably 3 by 5 or so. The table legs are very wobbly, I need someone to tighten the nuts which hold the legs, and drill something through the legs to strengthen them. Also, the side of the table that is touching the wall, I need it anchored to the wall. Needs to be heavy bracing, with some kind of wall anchors so that it doesn't break away. The most I can pay is $40, plus cost of parts.
