Join us for a Sunday afternoon focused on exploring the great outdoors. Join Hirundo for the upcoming Winter Ecology walk highlighting four habitat types. We invite you to use your senses while exploring each habitat and in the discovery of wildlife. Winter is a challenging time for animals and plants. Special adaptations increase their chance of survival. Come and find out what they are! About our guide: Brianna is a recent graduate of the University of Maine in Wildlife Ecology and a concentration in wildlife science and management. Similar to Hirundo's goal, her goal as an individual is to support conservation and connect communities with their environment. In her spare time, she enjoys painting wildlife. Don’t forget to ask her why the American Crow is her favorite animal.
