Looking for a Maintenance tech apprentice. We are a handyman/construction company with ties to several large investment groups. Looking for someone who wants to learn our business model and grow their personal skill set. The desire for self improvement is a MUST HAVE. The company's long term goal would be for someone to start off with one of our teams to learn the basics of the business. As their skills increase and what they can accomplish they then must be able to work on their own unsupervised. The company goal is eventually you would run your own team. The company would pay for certificates and training for the right person. This is an entry level position limited skills required: (good attitude,and desire to make money #workhard) Must be able to work 6-10 hour day Must be able to be on your feet for 6-10 hours Must be able to lift over 50 pounds consistently over a work day Must be over 18 years old Must be willing to learn new skills Must have reliable transportation (you may work on 3 different jobs in one day or be needed to run something from one place to another) Must have the ability to make yourself presentable to a wide range of clients ( one day you may be changing out a light fixture in a 4 million dollar house the next digging a ditch). Would also consider someone already in a trade field that would be looking for a different opportunity. The main determining factor for hire are: Positive attitude, goal of self improvement and desire to make money)
