Keep reading) WHO WE ARE: Universal Auto Hail Repair We are a family owned, niche automotive repair shop that specializes in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). We are entering our 11th year of business. We travel to 2-3 different towns all over the US from March - October servicing hail damaged vehicles. Hail damage causes $20+ billion in damages to personal property a year in the United States. We operate in tertiary markets where we have a competitive advantage before moving on after 2-4 months. Retail PDR shops obviously need hail to flourish. Most states outside of Colorado, Texas, Missouri & Illinois (who receive the most hail) require PDR professionals to travel to & service their affected communities. Most PDR outfitters pair up with a local body shop in the area to receive business, or the entrepreneurial few will set up a trailer and fix vehicles in a parking lot. We operate in the 1% of PDR professionals and secure a local retail shop & pay for housing for our sales professionals. We offer lifetime warranties on our repairs. People are truly lucky to have us in their community where their alternative to a repair is the standard body shop repair - panel replacement & new paint. This devalues the vehicle & is an inferior repair. Which leads us to... YOUR JOB: First, let's get some things straight about hail damaged vehicles, the industry & how we do business. -Yes, it is just cosmetic damage. But even just 15 dents on your vehicle will devalue it by $1,500+. Being that so few actually drive their vehicle until the wheel falls off, it is prudent to keep the value of one of your most expensive assets. -No, your insurance rates will not increase. This is a comprehensive claim therefore the insurance company will just raise the premiums for everyone anyway. -We will pay the customer's insurance deductible, offer complimentary rental cars through Hertz, and provide a superior repair & service. Zero out of pocket for the customer & hassle free process...no brainer right? -Because we are dealing with an unsophisticated customer, we need individuals to show the community that we are the experts. Which is the truth. Nobody in Colorado or Texas takes their hail damaged vehicle to a normal body shop, and for good reason. You are responsible for lead development and customer service of our customers. Get paid to assist vehicle owners with insurance claims, arrange for rental cars, and schedule repairs. WHY THIS JOB IS FOR YOU: Yes, 90% of your business will come from going door to door talking about the damage on people's vehicles. But you aren't out there peddling something they don't need. You can visually see that the customer needs your help (damaged vehicle), and you are there to teach them how to maneuver the repair and insurance companies. People know they need to do something, but delay because they don't know what to do. You are there to push them in the right direction. You are an asset to them! Most greatly appreciate the information and interaction. We will train you to be successful! If you are a normal human being and can just talk to people, YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL! I was you before.
