We are looking for a new member to join our office staff in our wedding and charter transportation division. Ideal candidate will be able to assist clients with overall wedding services, respond to inquiries and provide quotes to assist clients with choosing the perfect vehicle(s) for their wedding party and guest transportation as well as help with timing and routing. Will also communicate with planners, drivers and operational staff to ensure a successful event. Ideal candidate will be: - Detail Oriented - Enjoy a fast-paced work environment - Answer phones and take reservations - Have knowledge of the area, ranging from Woods Hole to Provincetown - Proficient in Google Suite: Docs, Spreadsheets and Calendar - Work weekends and nights for on-call/dispatch - Customer Service background a plus! - Must Love Dogs!
