Landscape and Pool Service Company requires an active Business Partner This position will begin as a Crew Leader and you will earn your ownership position in the company!!! You will not be required to make a cash investment in the Company! If you are looking for an opportunity to really show your abilities, this is what you have been waiting for! You will require a valid driver’s license as we will provide you with a Crew Cab 4x4 truck and a 20-foot enclosed trailer with all the necessary equipment. You will need to pass a current drug test and we will do both credit and background checks prior to employment. Knowledge of Florida landscape plants and grasses would be beneficial. We will train you to use our operations system – Jobber - on the 11” tablet we provide for you along with a company cell phone. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and other computer programs would be an asset. Some experience with pool cleaners, chemicals, and equipment (filters, pumps, etc.) would be an asset. We require someone with the experience and physical ability to perform all pool and landscape servicing and repairs. We utilize an abundance of landscaping and pool service equipment. ALL OF OUR EQUIPMENT IS LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD including John Deere Zero turn mowers, battery operated Stihl PAS stick equipment including line trimmers, edger’s, bed definers, hedge trimmers, lancers, pole pruners with extension bars and chainsaws. Hammerhead pool vacuums and digital water chemical testers. You will need the ability to work well with customers and employees. You must be able to lead maintenance or landscape crews.
