Maintenance Technician-Full Time- Lovers Key Resort Position is responsible for performing various building maintenance repairs, upgrades and service items such as electrical and plumbing components as needed. Repair and or install lighting fixtures, sprinklers, faucets, washers and seals, clogged drains, paint and trim work, assemble and/or repair furniture and cabinetry. Also responsible for completing grounds work including trash disposal and curb sweeping. Must be able to lift up to 100lbs occasionally; 50 pounds frequently. Must have full range of motion in arms, hands, fingers and legs in order to stoop, crawl, walk, bend, push, pull, reach and lift as required by various job duties. Responsible for safety compliance and maintaining a courteous manner during all guest interaction. Minimum of 1 yr experience required. Must read, write and speak English. Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. We treat our employees like family.
