Preethi Developers LLC is a cannabis company currently building a new cultivation facility in Kalkaska, Michigan. Our goal is to provide the highest quality products while maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment for our employees. We are currently seeking laborers to assist us in general construction, cleaning, and manufacturing work. This position is meant to be a stepping stone into working with our company full- or part-time. Potential long-term positions would include: building maintenance, cultivation laborer, trimmer, packager. Duties: - Setup and installation of equipment to be used in production - Setup and installation of furniture - Cleanup of construction areas, including sanitation - Maintenance of plants, including but not limited to: manicuring, pruning, moving plants - Grounds maintenance Requirements: - Ability to lift 75 pounds or more * - Experience in construction preferred - Experience in manufacturing preferred - Reliable transportation - Ability to pass a criminal background check - Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
