We are always seeking friendly, cleaning staff to add to our team of Independent Cleaners! We have been very successful in recently winning office and retail contracts so we are looking for new cleaners to work with us. We are looking for professional & reliable cleaners. We provide Construction Cleaning, Hood Cleaning, Janitorial Services & much more. Job Description / Major Duties and Responsibilities: 1-2 hours per day, M-S. (Depending on experience/ dependability) Starting immediately. Can pick up more locations for additional money. Don’t apply if you aren’t serious. 1. Sweep, mop and maintain floor surfaces 2. Empty and maintain trash receptacles 3. Vacuum and maintain carpeted surfaces 4. General dusting and wiping of surfaces 5. Clean, sanitize and stock restroom facilities 6. Move and clean inside and around trash dumpsters 7. Process recycled materials (boxes) 8. Stock and maintain the cleanliness of storage rooms and janitor closets 9. Use a wet/dry vacuum, carpet cleaner, and floor scrubber 10. Maintain equipment in proper operating condition and proper operating cleanliness 11. Clean areas up to six (6) feet above floor level 12. Maintain clean and orderly condition of all areas 13. Work to established cleaning and sanitation standards utilizing common sense and with minimal supervision
