Opening for a Cleaning Technician located in the Jacksonville Florida area. Looking for motivated, hard working, detail oriented individuals for a position on one of our cleaning crews. Essential Responsibilities: • Works with crews to clean properties in preparation for showings • Cleaning, which includes but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and window frames. • Performs job duties using safety guidelines and reports any issues or problems. • Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment used to perform job duties • MUST HAVE reliable transportation willing to use for work • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance • Willing to work some weekends (if necessary).
