Full Job Description Looking Residential Construction workers with multiple different skills sets. Self starters. Will not be micro managing. Will require personal tools, i.e. battery powered drill, saws, hammer, ect. Serious workers ONLY. More work and potential pay increase only for consistent hard workers. If you are a slacker please do not apply. Drug free work environment. We follow COVID safety Protocols, i.e. masks, social distancing when possible. Provide quality craftsmanship at all times with a constant focus on being Accident-Free & Safe. Experience in home demo and renovation in the rail Yard area Jacksonville, FL. Personal transportation to and from the job MUST HAVE - Hard Hat, Vest, Gloves, long pants, good condition work boots, protective eye wear, and ALL TOOLS needed for job. Tools will not be provided. Like most construction jobs, this job will require a certain level of physical fitness and stamina. Must have a good work ethic and be drug free! Some experience reading blueprints. Painting, drywall, framing, finish carpentry, handyman work, hardware replacement, roofing demo and shingling, siding, bathroom, etc. Able to work in a team environment. Pay is based on experience. Time is deducted for being late, leaving early, or coming back late from break. No drug test needed, however if you show up intoxicated you will be let go immediately. If you're consistently late you will be let go. If you show up and leave mid shift without advising or having a valid excuse this will be considered job abandonment, and you will not be paid for the day in which you abandoned your position. These are no nonsense projects All home demo & renovation. Job Types: Contract Pay: $15 to 19.00 Hour depending on experience and work ethic.
