Needed immediately, B2L House is looking for a part time Janitor to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition for the owners and other employees. The position requires the ability to speak, read and write English. Reliability and diligence with integrity and ability to work independently is a must. Proven working experience as a Janitor. Ability to handle heavy equipment. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies expected. Demonstrated familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets. High school degree, driver license and reliable transportation required. Responsibilities: Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen cleaning, exam areas, office space, window cleaning, etc), clean and disinfect toilets and replenishes supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels, carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects. Make adjustments and minor repairs. Cooperate with the rest of the staff and follow all health and safety regulations Initial time commitment: 2 days per week from 10am-1pm with possibility for additional hours as needed Background and reference checks NO CLEANING COMPANIES AND RECRUITERS PLEASE
