Job Description: Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaders & Members Experience: All aspects of lawn and grounds maintenance including commercial and large residential maintenance contracts. Equipment including zero turn mowers, weed eaters, stick edgers, hedge trimmers and blowers. Looking for motivated, energetic, hands-on individuals who are committed and reliable, that work well with others. Qualities needed for Crew Member applicants: 1. Be Reliable and Dependable 2. Team Player Mentality 3. Willing to Learn New Skills and Trades (if opportunity is available) 4. A Positive Attitude 5. Come READY TO WORK Crew Leader applicants MUST have the following: 1. Valid Driver’s License 2. Reliable Transportation 3. Experience Operating Machinery 4. Great Time Management Skills Pay: Starting $12.00 per hour, based on position and experience, with time and a half after 40 hours. Salary is negotiable based on experience and a 90-day work review.
