I need help turning around a few apartments. I need helpers who are willing to do multiple things and who can follow directions. Pay is daily in cash. Here are the types of things I need help with: - clearing out apartment after tenant vacated - painting - paint prep - removing carpet - laying self adhesive flooring - cleaning - yard work - repairing fences - cutting tree limbs - trash removal - some demo work (removing counter tops, drywall, etc) You don't need to know how to do all of the above. I can show you how to do some things. I'm flexible on schedule. $13/hour cash daily
